To access a Document please click on the name of the Document required. Dependant upon the configuration of your browser, either:

The Document will open in a new window and you will be able to print it by selecting 'File' and then 'Print' from the top left of that window (please allow time for the window to load) (nb. If your browser is configured as above you can still save the file to your hard disk by - Right-clicking on the Document Name and then select 'Save Target As'. Specify a directory and save the file. Once saved you may open the file (using Microsoft Word) and print it as required.) or.................................

A new window will open inviting you to 'save' the file (the Word Document) onto your own hard disk. Specify a directory and save the file. Once saved you may open the file (using Microsoft Word) and print it as required.
